SuperSeed is hiring an Investor into its London investment team. The firm describes this as a seat for someone who wants to learn the craft of venture from the ground up, with the ceiling to become a partner, working directly with partners and investors from day one. Responsibilities: sourcing and reaching founders early, running first calls and interviews and writing up a view, mapping sectors and themes across the firm's verticals, running diligence on companies, markets and numbers, and using AI tooling to make all of that faster. SuperSeed wants candidates who are AI-native and can show something they have built or automated with AI (a research workflow, screening model, scraper or prototype), who are excited about AI in Industry 4.0 and the real economy, who write and think clearly, and who work at pace with ownership. Prior startup or operating experience is a plus, not a requirement. The application asks for a one-page written investment take, an artifact built with AI, and a short personal note. Full time and on-site in the central London office.
