VCgigs.co (the "Platform") is operated by RK Projects LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It is a free, open listing board for venture capital roles. Anyone may add or edit a position or team listing; no account is required to do so.

Funds and individuals who submit listings are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. VCgigs does not independently verify roles, compensation, firm details, or any Crunchbase-sourced data pulled into a team profile.

Do not submit listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, spam, or unrelated to venture capital hiring. Do not misrepresent your affiliation with a fund when adding or editing its listings.

VCgigs is a listings board only. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, any employment relationship, offer, or negotiation formed through a listing on this site.

Because anyone can add or edit a listing without an account, every change is logged with a timestamp and originating IP address. Listings may be edited, reverted, or removed at our discretion, without notice, through the admin control panel.

Email alerts are opt-in and sent only for the listings or filters you subscribed to. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link.

Submitters retain ownership of the content they contribute, and grant VCgigs a license to display it on the site. Team logos and descriptions pulled from Crunchbase remain the property of their respective owners.

The board is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VCgigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
