This Privacy Policy explains how VCgigs.co, operated by RK Projects LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information from visitors and listing submitters.

We don't require accounts, so we don't collect profile or login data. We do collect: the email address you provide when signing up for an alert; the content you submit when adding or editing a position or team; and the IP address behind each change, kept for moderation and the admin undo log.

Alert email addresses are used solely to send the alert emails you asked for. Submitted listing content is published publicly on the site. IP addresses are used only to moderate abuse and to power the admin panel's undo functionality. They are not shared or sold.

When someone adds a team by pasting a Crunchbase URL, we fetch that public page (via a third-party scraping service, Firecrawl) to prefill fields like name, description, and logo. That data becomes part of the public team listing, same as if it were typed in by hand.

VCgigs does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The admin panel uses Clerk for authentication, which sets a session cookie for signed-in admins only.

Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link that removes your address immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version always applies.
