Partners with program managers, functional development leaders, finance, and external providers to accelerate development timelines. Requires significant biotech/pharma leadership experience; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred. Salary range $350,000-$450,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
