Novo Holdings is hiring a Student Assistant (Junior Analyst) for its legal team to support transactions, asset management and internal projects: reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements (especially NDAs), assisting with entity management, and helping with AI optimization of legal workflows. Approximately 15-20 hours/week from the Copenhagen office. Candidate should be enrolled in the first semester of a master's in law or business/commercial law.
