The role covers sourcing, preparing investment memos and pitch decks, financial analysis and valuation (DCF, comparables), deal structuring, portfolio company value-creation support, and portfolio monitoring. Requires 1-4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity or private equity, a finance-related bachelor's degree, and valuation modeling proficiency. Base salary range $130,000-$160,000 plus discretionary bonus.
